PROJECT GOALS

EPOCH Clemson, one of several national student housing communities, was seeing low conversion rates and high bounce rates from the initial launch of their website. They wanted to achieve high conversions in a short time. We employed these tactics:

  • CTA placements,
  • Removed slow loading animations,
  • Removed homepage video,
  • Minor copy adjustments,
  • Disabled promo banner for first-time visitors (only shows to repeat visitors on mobile)

RESULTS

  • Decreased bounce rate 47%
  • Increases pages/session 35%
  • Increased session duration 77%
  • Increased traffic 65% (96% mobile)
